Peer Review

In the very midst of our busy summer, several ASHI Western Washington chapter members came together to participate in our second Peer Review. We were fortunate to have a mid-century home made available for invasion. Darrell Hay, our Peer Review chair, and his cohorts Darrell Marsolais and Bruce Niemi joined together again to prep the house and to do their own inspection before the participants arrived. Each inspector was able to spend as much time as needed to inspect the home. There was a brief review on-site with each inspector individually and then the group recongregated at a local lunch spot to go over the process and results together. The participants included Howard Maxfield, Paul Neis, Karl Neuffer, and Ron Greene. All agreed to the value of the process, regardless of experience level

General Membership Meetings

The General Membership Business Meetings are incorporated into the Educational Seminars. The seminars are generally held in March and September of each year. The ASHI WW Annual Meetings are held in December.
